Architecture Support

Technically oriented IT professional with good technical, communication and multitasking skills required to run daily activities for supporting Technical Architects in tasks for servicing production and non-production delivery projects.
Working experience with various Amdocs products (Billing, Customer Care, Ordering etc)
General knowledge in HW types (vendors, equipment, itemization, cabling etc)
General knowledge in Configuration
Software management, knowledge of major software components (Unix, ORACLE, Tuxedo, Weblogic/WebSphere, DataGuard, RAC, Golden Gate, Citrix etc.) and vendors (HP, SUN, IBM, Oracle, Microfocus etc.)
System administration experience in HW configuration (servers, file systems, hardware virtualization approaches)
General knowledge in Storage configuration and management
