Having begin my data path at the early stages of my professional career, I have been under the management of people that not necessarily had the best back ground on data science. Don’t get me wrong, all of them are great leaders that contributed substantially to my personal and professional growth. I am just here to share my experience on how I believe we could have avoided some painpoints.
