Edir Garcia Lazo is a Data Scientist on the Cybersecurity artificial intelligence – malware classification team. On the Security, Compliance & Management research organization. As part of that team he is responsible of reverse engineering, analyzing and visualizing malware; to design and implement machine learning, deep learning , behavioral traps, and anti-virus Signatures for Microsoft 365 Defender. His main research interest is understanding and expanding the applicability of Machine Learning and Deep Learning to the Cybersecurity space.
