Nos dimos la tarea de analizar este caso para CDMX y poder compartirles algunas recomendaciones al sector.</p> <p>Las políticas públicas deberían ser modeladas con base a hechos y datos y no a mera intuición. Nos dimos a la tarea de analizar más de 19,000 propiedades en CDMX. Utilizando R y algunas herramientas de visualización en mapas obtuvimos hallazgos como “Como que existen 19 propiedades registradas por cada kilómetro cuadrado”; “El precio promedio son $886 MXN” y “el potencial económico rebasa los $20 millones de pesos diarios”.
