Cristina Nistor is the Director of Operations at TESTCo, a software testing company helping companies manage the quality of their products. She has spent over 15 years working in small, large companies, and startups, blending knowledge as a project manager and operations manager. Cristina led over 350 projects of different sizes, was responsible for designing the core “operating system” for TESTCo, which consistently achieves 90% of customer retention, 80% of personnel retention, all in a 100% remote work environment.
