Joan is a software developer and project manager with over 30 years of experience in commercial and open source software development. She is a contributor to Apache CouchDB and member of its Project Management Committee. She is also in charge of the ASF Code of Conduct. Joan is based in Toronto, Canada, where she currently works with Neighbourhoodie Software running the CouchDB Development/Production Support team.
